Well I just had the meeting with Simon Lewis. Admittedly it wasn't a very long meeting but we came to a few conclusions that i needed to note down here before i forget. I will write this up in the examiners report shortly...
He has given me a further 2 months to work on the project after I have handed it in, to ensure that I can focus the university side of the project (which I was very grateful for....)
He said that making a few videos in the short-term would be fine. He also explained the audiences more clearly. He showed me that although the DVD can be developed further at a later date the most important demographic is to the new members of the church. This is the prime audience that he wanted the DVD to reach.
I now need to develop a new reasearch plan to find out what would appeal to them to make the best possible DVD.
